Decolonial Pedagogy
Course Description
Decolonial Pedagogy engages students with the deep structures of coloniality that impact our lives, personally and politically, to support our ability to lead and teach. The course is framed by Indigenous theory of the stages of Decolonization applied to the challenges and possibilities of underlying decolonial work in Arizona, home to 22 federally recognized tribes and impacted daily by the U.S.-Mexico Border.
