In this course, educational leaders will study the design, implementation, monitoring, andevaluation of a comprehensive education program. This course will explore the means to workcollaboratively with students, colleagues, support personnel, organization and communitypartners. Educators will gain skills in designing, developing and implementing a program, aswell as determining outcomes and conducting program evaluations that guide practice. Educators will review foundations of leadership, marketing, budget management, communication with partners and participants, coordinating and scheduling programs, and developing educational resources in order to establish, maintain and assess viable, sustainable programming.This course satisfies PreK-12 administrator certification requirements, as well as supporting non-certification sustainable leadership requirements.
